Returns & Exchanges
At Dr. Woof Apparel, we want you to feel as good as you look in our scrubs; if you aren't 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
